Hi, in this brief video, we're going to discuss recommendations to ensure maximum performance for your Unique Heat personal heating system.

BEST RESULTS

For best results, do not locate the heater in an area with a high rate of air filtration and air movement as the warm air will be exhausted. An example of this would be right next to the back door of your house where everyone's coming in and going out.

Next, try placing the heater near a warmer inside wall and direct the output of the heater towards an outside cooler wall. The cooler outside wall will tend to draw the generating heat towards itself, which will allow for a more effective heating.

AVOID COLD AIR RETURNS

Next, placing your heater next to a cold air return will draw the heat away from the area that needs to be heated. Try keeping your heater away from a cold air return. This will allow for a more effective heating. Now, don't be afraid to experiment with your heater to see what works best for you.

HUMIDITY

Now to ensure maximum efficiency, a 40% humidity should be maintained in your heated environment.

HEATING ON CONCRETE

Next, in rooms with large areas of bare concrete, try placing the heater a few feet above the floor. Make sure the heater is secure and it won't fall. This will allow for more efficient heating since concrete acts as a heat sink and it will draw the heat in that direction.

ZONE HEATING

Try setting your central heating system to a lower temperature and then placing the heater in the area you spend the majority of your time. Now set your Unique Heat to your comfort level, after all, there's no point in heating multiple rooms above 68 degrees when there's no one using them.

LARGE ROOM HEATING

When heating larger areas, place the heater in a central location. If a ceiling fan is nearby, try using it at the same time to help distribute the heat evenly. Now these are just suggestions. Give them all a try and see what works best for you.

DUSTY AREAS

If your unit is used in an extremely dusty or dirty area, the filter is going to be needed to be cleaned much more frequently as it can clog up and cause the heater to stop working.

Remember to always unplug your heater when not in use.

Thanks for watching.
